The oak of Quercus (Sessiliflora) is used for the barrels. Bulgarian oak with fine structure of centuries-old forests and dried 24 to 36 months under natural conditions.

Clutches and enzymes formed on and in the tree during drying neutralize bitter phenols in the wood. At the same time, glucose and polysaccharides are released from the tree. The process takes at least 18 months.

Production - oak and acacia barrels

The main material, oak delivered from the Varna, Veliko Tarnovo and Preslav regions, and acacia, after initial treatment is left to dry for a period of 18 to 30 months. The hoops used are galvanized or black (regular), depending on customer request. The following thermal processing standards are used: LT, MT, MT +, HT.

They are produced and repaired: barrels with capacity 30l, 50l, 100l, 225l, 228l, 300l, 400l, 500l, 600l, and 1t. c cots. A wide assortment of pots is also available.

Each barrel is checked for possible defects or leaks before delivery to the customer.

All barrels have a 6-month warranty, we take care of the barrels and after the warranty.

We also recycle existing barrels.

We are supplying French and American new and used barrels.
